Ultrasoundshop is the first European e-commerce portal dedicated to the ultrasound and medical systems selling.

All prices are published online. Visit our site with confidence and find out the variety of our proposals! Every single file has got the price, and at its bottom there is a list of compatible products and accessories, with their relative costs. This allows you to calculate the price of the machine constantly and modulate it according to your needs.

All the information we have are online. Each product has got a specific file, and where it is possible, we have added a link to the manufacturer's site for a more complete knowledge of the item.

You can choose between two options: via Internet, through our portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or sending us an e-mail to info@ultrasoundshop.biz. Once we validate your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

7. Can I examine items before purchasing them?
Products are not always in our central offices in Italy. In fact they are often shipped from abroad (Europe or other continents). In this way it is very difficult to preview them before the purchase. This does not invalidate their quality because products are checked in detail before their shipping and however they are covered by warranty.

  8. How do freight and delivery services work?
Freight and delivery services always happen through couriers and they have always to be paid by customers. It is not possible to pick up products on site.
Using a carrier allows to receive the order at the address indicated within 48 hours from the effective day of dispatch; 24 more hours are due for island shipping (in Italy).
Since expenses of carrier delivery may vary according to the selected products, we invite you to send us an e-mail to have an exstimation of costs.

9. How do the installation and post-selling services work?
It is possible to require these services on-line. They last half a day or a full day.

10.Which kind of payment do you accept?
In Italy there are 3 methods of payment available:
- Bank transfer
-Financial Leasing (by ING Lease Italia S.p.a.)
-Cash on delivery

www.ultrasoundshop.biz periodically organizes courses on different topics, to satisfy the growing demand of training dedicated to ultrasounds or to specific products. We also guarantee the subscription and participation to courses organized by Socrate Medical Srl.

13.What do you mean by "post- sales assistance"?
"Post-sales assistance" is a service we provide to explain how to use the ultrasound system by a trained technician, at the office or structure where the system has been installed.
It is possible to purchase on line half-day (or all-day) post-sales assistance to have a technician at your disposal for a 4-hour period (or 8-hour period for the all-day assistance).
As to the technical assistance, that is interventions of preventive maintenance (electric safety test) and corrective maintenance (fixation of a damage) it is however possible to refer to the assistance centers we have an agreement with.
