Papers to send in for leasing:

If you are a private individual, you need to send in:
- a copy of the I.D. card
- a copy of the fiscal number
- a copy of the Medical Association badge
- Bank data

If you have had your professional activiity for more than 3 years and/or the leasing you need is higher than 30,000 euro, you also have to submit the UNICO model.

If you work in a company, you need to send in:
- the financial examination
- the last balance sheet
- Personal documents of the legal representative
